We assess the designs provided by our clients and evaluate the planned structure for the desired performance.  During this clothing manufacturing process we work with you to provide accurate performance data for chosen fabrics.

We begin building your product profile and evaluating sourcing options for the right fabrics with desired design and performance characteristics such as stretch, strength and durability.

Once the prototype is approved by you...we roll.  Because we can warehouse a portion of your raw goods, we can assist you in growing your business presence without complete depletion of your raw goods.  This allows us, you and DRSTAR, to make changes or adjustments to your product for continuing marketability and growth.

In our factory we can help you get your idea into a workable and efficient design to achieve the desired performance and appearance. This includes consulting as to the structure of the item, appropriate fabrics, features, trim pieces, variants and fabric patterns to name a few.  No other apparel manufacturer offers our knowledge, expertise and coordinated effort to bring your goods to market.

Once the design is completed we create your prototypes to assure that we have hit the mark.  During the design phase we typically secure a small quantity of the desired fabric and trim.   This is where all changes are made and we then move on to the final garment process.  This includes sourcing and securing the necessary raw goods.  This is clothing manufacturing the way its meant to be.

Just as noted above, once we get here...we roll. Our mission as your apparel manufacturer is to get your product market ready as quickly as possible.  Working with you up to this moment allows us to provide you a timeline you can count on so that you can begin your marketing to coincide with actual delivery of the final product.  And because we can warehouse a portion of your raw goods, we can get you market-ready without complete depletion of your raw goods in case you want to make changes.
